If you have personal questions about health or nutrition or if you would like to make an appointment for a consultation, please note that my practice is currently full and I cannot provide clinical guidance via email.

You can search for a practitioner who uses ketogenic dietary therapies to treat mental health conditions in their psychiatric, medical, nursing, nutrition, counseling, or coaching practice in the international Ketogenic Diets for Mental Health Clinician Directory. This directory is still growing, so if you don't see someone in your area, check back soon.

If you have feedback or a question about any of my articles or presentations, please post it in the comments section on the site or platform where it is published (I reply to comments for 30 days following the article’s publication date). Join the mailing list to be notified when I publish new content.
